The Observatory links public information to its sources and distinguishes agency records from any future ICAF programmes or results.
Sources and reuse
CPCB daily city readings retain source context, but approval for expanded automated reuse is not documented. Public access does not itself grant reuse rights. DPCC restricts reproduction without permission; its five-minute monitor view is not a documented API. CAQM records are manually reviewed and linked.
Evidence and attribution
Action records identify the responsible agency, date, place, evidence stage, and limits. A plan is not completed work, and agency activity is not ICAF work. Any future ICAF results will be reported separately with supporting evidence.
What the Observatory shows
The Observatory presents published daily CPCB city AQI bulletins and selected public documents. A city reading is not a station reading, state average, national AQI, or live sensor reading. Missing values are not filled in.
Corrections and reports
No verified correction channel, audited accounts, annual report, or verified ICAF programme report is available here. These records will be published when supplied and approved.
