Activities and outcomes are different
Activities, such as a completed project or monitor deployment, are not the same as outcomes—measured changes over time. A result needs a clear starting point (baseline), method, place, and reporting period. A change in AQI alone does not show that ICAF caused it.
How future results will be described
Any future ICAF result should identify the project, ICAF’s role, the evidence and method, the reporting period, and important limits.
